Every visit includes travel within 10 miles. Purchases (groceries, dry cleaning, postage and more) are billed at cost with a photo of every receipt. You’ll get an invoice to pay online within 24 hours, and anything over $150 needs your approval first. With your permission, in-home visits are recorded, and you can ask to see the video anytime. Need more time? Add an extra hour when you book, or your helper will check with you before going past your booked time. Extra time is $35/hour in 30-minute increments, or comes out of your plan hours if you’re a monthly member.
